The latest Delivery Plan is built on the foundation of our 2011-2015 strategy, Concept to Commercialisation, and explains our activities planned during this year, up to March 2014, to support the achievement of our goals and contribute to the drive for growth. Our overall budget for this financial year is approximately £440m.

A valuable resource for business, the Delivery Plan outlines our planned investments and funding competitions over this year, and our priorities as part of our commitment to knowledge sharing and collaboration.
It addresses the fact that companies face a range of challenges in commercialising ideas, and outlines the range of support we provide to help businesses to pursue their innovation journeys and bring new products and services more quickly to market.
